A great resource for bringing experts into the classroom, search for topics such as innovation, entrepreneurship, economics, business and more specific topics. -These presentations can be viewed live free video streaming in the classroom or downloaded to IPod for students to listen too. ED stands for Technology, Entertainment, Design. It started out (in 1984) as a conference bringing together people from those three worlds. Since then its scope has become ever broader. The annual conference now brings together the world's most fascinating thinkers and doers, who are challenged to give the talk of their lives (in 18 minutes). Their website now streams most of the presentations going back to 1984. None of them is longer than 20 minutes and perfect to nest within a class period.
